Denim designers looked to both light and dark ends of the spectrum for Fall washes. The dark washes tend to be very dark with a lot of grinding or rip and patch effects going on. Grinding or destroyed looks also prevailed on lighter washes. Newest on the scene are bleach washes that brighten things up especially with super bleach or white bleach washes. All over or placed paint splatter still holds its own for Fall with many rip and tear styles. Dark resin and spray effects give an update to ordinary dark washes. Vintage proves that it is here to stay in what we call our modern vintage look that emphasizes worn looking denim with whiskers and scratching.
