With more and more designers joining the New York Fashion Week roster each season, it will be a challenging task to sort through the newbies and the signature labels.

We're hoping of course for some newness and so far it looks like fluid trouser pants just may do the trick. New York still seems to be embracing print mania and embellishment which both have already had more than their share of limelight. The most anticipated show is the re-launch of Halston, an American classic which comes at quite an interesting time.
