Milanese designers offered a full spectrum of washes, splatter effects and colors for Spring 2009. Raw washes are back with a softness and a renewed darkness while a crop of washed, bleached and ripped jeans also surfaced. Colored jeans by several designers offered a host of fresh and fruit based shades to choose from. For those who want the newness without going to extremes, the new light blues will surely have some traction at retail.
