Rio menswear always encompasses the laid-back, metro-sexual male, adding two parts glam, two parts comfort, and one part spunk. This season, Rio designers add a dash of youth as longer tops and loose, cropped trousers in mixed prints and vivid color splashes took to the runways. Dirty denim is making its way back down the catwalk jazzed up with whisker effects and resin washes, for a rustic, casual feel. A boyish charm in screens and details such as piping, paint splatter, bleaching treatments, and contrast stitching creates a new direction for men.
