The runways pointed to a fresh stance on color, silhouettes and trends with a softer side being revealed on all fronts. Softer colors are being used to refresh the New Rave look while Athletic looks are becoming a more draped and softer feeling look versus the uber performance looks we have had in the past. The Ethnic blend theme is too hard to miss as almost every designer offered some sort of homage to a distant culture.

Of note was the proliferation of Prairie looks that we saw...just think we could all be sporting our Little House skirts and dresses again by Spring 2009!
