Are you looking for that Fall 2008 color preview? You've come to the right place! At Fashionsnoops.com, we sat down with all of the major color services in order to find what common themes and colors are in the mix for Fall 2008.

Overall, there is no escaping our current (and probably long term) fixation with all things green. Greens are key on their own as are warm neutrals and warmed over pinks, purples, oranges and yellows. Grays figure strongly with all services but you'll see that for the most part they too have been warmed up and are no longer only offered against reds or black but are behaving more like an autumn warm neutral story. Yellow casts are key and are lending a warm glow to everything from neutrals to greens and browns. All services offered some spin on the autumn classic tale with warm neutrals, plenty of greens and warm red-berry-oranges in the mix. Classic palettes also got a revamp with navies, plums and pinks replacing red, navy and forest combos for tartans and classic back-to-school patterns. Also key to the season is a penchant for vibrancy and pop with all of the color services. Some showed neons while others went pop bright for their mid winter mood-lifting (or athletic!) stories. Finally, most services told dark tales as well with inky palettes and almost sinister bylines to support the trends.
