With dresses being so important in juniors, it can only follow that the same will be true in girls! The best way to make the most of dresses for girls is to merchandise them with an under layer of some sort for modesty.

After all, no girl wants to play in the school yard and flash her underwear to her school mates! So for more casual styles, bring in a bike short or pair the dresses with leggings or simply style accordingly to accommodate a bottom.
