We spent a worthwhile weekend on the beaches in California to bring you some of the best trends in the sun!

For guys, beach attire consisted of board shorts and nothing else - but there were some strong trends like diamond and plaid patterns. When tees did show up, the popular brands were Lost, Billabong and Hurley.
