The draped short skirt is the follow up to the bubble skirts of last season. Volume and interest stems from the waistband and is carried over with novelty pockets and deep pleats and bustle effects at the rear. Light weight jersey is the fabric du jour but don't ignore soft wovens and textured knits for this silo!
