Pitti Bimbo is the showcase of the best lines and looks for kids and this past July in Italy key European and American names were on hand. We were surprised to see Hot Wheels alongside such key names as I Pinco Pallino and others but they held their ground with hip styling and awesome art on every piece.

Just like Barbie for girls, Mattel's Hot Wheels tore up the runway with incredible screens on everything from tees to jeans and jackets. Hot wheels blended elements such as graffiti, airbrushing, patching, nail heads and random placement and often used several techniques on one garment. The bottom line here is that Hot Wheels didn't just decide to ride the wave of the 'car craze'; they went a step further and opened their brand up to other ideas and layout options. Red, white and black are always a great color story for boys. At I Pinco, simple layouts with a classic car racing feel are the way to go!
