Pool is one of the shows that runs concurrent to Magic and that features up and coming brands. This is the place where you will find offbeat humor, underground artists and truly trendy looks in tees, and this is a cross section of the best looks we saw for Fall 06/07

At Black is the New Blood we saw very personal style line art with some edgy sayings worked into the look as well. At Tokidoki, we saw their anime-pin-up style is continuing but it was their all over print tee with over screen that was most forward. At Edoc, a truly rough and hand crafted look was shown with an edge to edge screen dropped over fleece. At Taylored we saw very intricate layered appliqués with screen work that added some depth and a reflective quality to the cross. At 2K by Gingham, a play on skulls and disco yielded clever results while at Rex, attitude humor and Booze licenses have come together effectively. Finally, at Edoc Laundry, we found this incredibly beautiful ethnic screen that combines photo real illustration with scrolls and lacy effects.
