Who knew tattoo-inspired clothing would still be around? Ed Hardy just opened a two-level 5,500-square foot flagship in SoHo in New York.

The store is said to showcase the entire Ed Hardy lifestyle concept and includes men's, womens, kids, shoes and licensed products like watches and eyewear. This store as well as the store in LA is to be used as a spotlight for publicity emphasizing celebrity clients. Although the trend of tattooed apparel likely won't last forever, president and COO Henry Mandell believes that Ed Hardy's concept will stick because it is authentic, given exclusive rights to the tattoo artist Don Ed Hardy's designs.

Ed Hardy, 40 Mercer Street, New York.
