Cuffed Skirt

This new silo is just the thing for spring! Skirts with a cuffed band are popping up in knits and in wovens. This hem treatment gives the skirt a slight bubble feel but softer and less buckled under. Try it in cargo, retro 80's, all over print twill and dressy contexts.
