Ruffled & Rouched

Ruffles and Rouches are a design detail you just can't ignore! Add them to hems, sleeves, plackets and yokes or work ruching into the fronts of knit or woven blouses for some soft architectural interest. Larger ruffles can double as collars and dramatic cuffs while smaller ruffles can trim the ends of larger flounces.
