This is the season of the blouse. There is very much a renewed interest in ladylike dressing, and in that comes varying degrees of the blouse, from high-Victorian styling to classic and mensy to boho styles. But that's not all. The romance factor, while associated with many blouses, also appeared in frill tops featuring cascade ruffles and the like. The 70s still has a strong influence from peasant and prairie styles of the past to a new tunic shape that elongates the silhouette with an updated sportswear look.
