The 2008 Las Vegas Market featured the largest collection of international exhibitors to date—and unlike previous Markets, was housed entirely on the Las Vegas World Market Center's 5 million square foot campus. The World Market Center hosted 154 international exhibitors during this year's Las Vegas Market, which took place from July 28 through August 1. Over five days, designers showcased the latest in furnishings and accessories designed to accentuate home, office and commercial spaces alike. Designers painstakingly crafted mock bedrooms, offices, patios, bathrooms and even entire lofts and penthouses to highlight the latest in chic furnishings.

Trends found throughout the Las Vegas Market centered heavily around natural and minimalistic woods, intricate rattans (for indoor and outdoor use), woven materials along with acrylics and art deco-inspired plastics. Highlighted pieces often exhibited a balance between aesthetic creativity while maintaining functionality. A complete spectrum of pieces abounded from minimalist and simplistic to complex, detailed and extravagant. Designers sought to capture the full essence of a customer's lifestyle and are intently focused on providing a complete array of furnishings to satisfy all facets of consumers' needs.
